  • Check your Role Manager for what you have allowed yourself and your users. You may have forbidden yourself and your users from viewing images. That is just one thought from this since I had a client who had done that with another plugin.

i’m an administrator and i have all permissions activated…

You only receive a forbidden error? A 404 error, or a 502 Internal Server error?

    ———-

If it is a 502 error, it has to do with your hosting and that the plugin, probably NextGen, as I have seen this, is giving some problems.

Have you tried uninstalling the plugins and then trying to re-install again one-by-one to see when the issue comes up?

when i was writing the response my friend gave me the solution:

    it was a path broblem!

    i inserted the path

    https://www.mysite.it/wp-content/themes/thetheme/images/pdf_icon.gif

that shows me the image but also gave me the error, instead of

    ../wp-content/themes/thetheme/images/pdf_icon.gif

that shows me the image and don’t gave me the error.

    Thanks for support!!!

    Bye!
