    Hello, @galinabublik.

    I looked into the website requests based on the URL you provided and I see that the issue is about filtration, that means that we have to discuss the CleanTalk service.

    As per the WordPress catalog rules, WordPess.org Support Forum is for plugins only, not the service. We are not allowed to discuss any premium or non-plugin issues here.

    I think to leave support help-instruction here:

    After installing the correct version please do the following
    1. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” —> set the option “Protect external forms” to “On” —> Save Changes.
    2. Clear all cache on your website.
