forbidden IPs still can access .. debug

    thanks for fixing my plugin.

    I spent a little time to debug this afternoon, it looks like forbidden IPs can still access the website if they use incognito mode. (also work if you empty your cache if no incognito mode).

    They are able to load the first page (usually the homepage). When this page is loaded, the plugin forbids further navigation.

    That is annoying as I have a one-page-navigation website.

    Is there anyway to fix this except by adding on “shield” page before the homepage ?
