    Hi guys,

I’m setting up a timesheet entry, using Fluent Forms to update a google sheets. Most of the time it works, but every so often some users get a forbidden message when trying to submit.

The Fluent Forms developers believes it might be to do with CleanTalk, is there a way I can turn this off or adjust it for these entries.

    Many Thanks

    Hello @trout458.

I looked at the requests in your logs. Most likely, the issue is related to the cache. Please do the following:

WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the “Set cookies” option to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” → Save Changes.
Then clear all the cache on your website.

Will it help you or not, please contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. We would like to investigate.

    Hello.

I looked at the requests from your site. It’s all right now.

Could you tell us which caching solutions (plugins and at the hosting level) are used on your site?
