    Dear WP Smush Support,

Could you please help us with issue regarding images location
Unfortunately, after reuploading database to our server – WP Smush started to show mistake while optimizing any image!

Now, when we click to “Choose directory” – it doesn’t showour main folder with imahes, dated by year
Example: most of images has such path on server
    wp-content/uploads/2016/09/image.jpg

However, when we click in WP Smuch “Choose directory” we don’t folders with years
    just
    wp-content/uploads/ |other stuff| NOT YEARS FOLDERS

Can you please assist us, how can we make your plugin to see again our main folders with images
Otherwise, we cannot optimize any of our images now

Database paths of images are correct, as we see.
In FTP everything also correct, on their places

    Hi Sergey,

    Hope you’re doing well ??

Are you images still working properly in your media library and when you include them in posts/page content?

Also, can you try going to Settings > Media panel in your WP admin and enable “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” option from there and see if Smush can find the images now when you perform bulk smush?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    A
Yes, when we include images to posts and pages – there is no problems att all, they are just not optimized in size (by WP Smush)

Yes, this option was always enabled, so the problem is not here.

Maybe you will have another advices?
Thank you very much for reply.

    Hey @romanceramic,

    I hope you’re well today.

If we are talking about default WordPress upload folders, “Directory Smush” feature not shows them. Because, they are already included in bulk smush, so when you make bulk smush, Smush should already scan those folders.

Can you share with us what’s your “Bulk Smush Stats” shows? And did you try re-check images feature?

    Cheers,
    Oguz
