Hi, our client (zoodoo.co.nz) has had reports from two of their customers in the last two days that when trying to order product they are seeing a message in the checkout page ***Forbidden. Sender blacklisted.*** and can’t submit their order.

I originally contacted WooCommerce but they’ve just told me to contact you directly about this issue.

The suggestion in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/forbidden-sender-blacklisted/ was to delete the email address from the blacklist. This won’t work for our client as they will have lost the sale and won’t even know the customer was forbidden during the order process unless the customer contacts them to tell them they’ve been forbidden from submitting the order.

Can we disable cleantalk from the checkout page so it never stops customers purchasing?

We need a suitable solution for ecommerce clients using Cleantalk so as not to lose orders during the checkout process due to Cleantalk checks.

    Thanks

    Hi.

We use much weaker filters for orders. If you want to disable the filter for orders completely you can switch off the WooCommerce checkout form option here:

Wordpress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

If you have more questions, please, contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
