    Hello,

It is possible that a security plugin is causing the issue.

Could you please deactivate any security plugins on your site to check if this resolves the problem?

    Kind Regards,

    Anca

thank you for the reply. My WordPress is hosted on GoDaddy. I did not find any security plugin installed.

also, does file permission matter? My wp-content folder has 705 and files have 604 permissions

    Hello,

Apologies for not getting back to you any sooner.

It seems that the trp-ajax.php file is blocked. You should grant access to it. It’s safe to use and can be whitelisted. This file is responsible for translating dynamic texts added with JavaScript, and we utilize it because it is significantly faster than using admin-ajax.php.

Another option would be to revert to using admin-ajax.php.The only drawback is that on some large websites it can be a bit slower to translate front-end dynamic texts:?https://translatepress.com/download/1151690/

    Kind Regards,

    Anca
