Force 3D Secure

Are you using test cards or real cards?

In case “3D Secure is not supported to the card”, the payment is successful anyway and liability is not shifted.

The plugin can’t make the card network force a liability shift, it can only pass the attributes that Stripe provides in order to attempt to force 3DS.

I use test mode and test cards.
I found that only way to reject payments with no liability shift is this block rule: !:has_liability_shift:
