Force account creation to generate password

You can enable the option to When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password under WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy.

Thanks for your prompt reply but you seem to misunderstand what I am after.

I don’t even want the user to know they have an account in the wordpress site. So I don’t want them to have to set a password on the checkout page, I want to be able to fill it with a generated password and have the password field hidden.

As a first step, you can generate the password via custom code, please refer to:

• Change the WooCommerce Auto Generated Password

Another alternative is to send the password into the New account created email notification, more info is available in this related forum thread.
