Force cache homepage and categories firstly?

Hi, the first pages people navigate in my web are homepage and categories. I′m working with preload mode.

1) The first page that is cached is the blog page instead of the homepage.

2) But then starts to cache posts, i wish it cache categories (and not tags). Is it possible?
