Force costumers to take the first available time

Hello,

Thanks for this amazing plugin!
I was wondering if it’s possible to ‘force’ a costumer to take the first available time of the day for a booking. Now they can choose what time they like, which cause me some gaps in my calendar on a day which can’t be filled in anymore.
