Force customers to create an account when adding products to wishlist

Hello, thank you for your advice. I tried this option, but when I enable it and try to add a product to my wishlist, nothing happens. It does not open a tab to create an account. Could you please advice on how to fix this?

This option just has function to allow or disallow unregistered account to add products to wishlists but not force unauthenticated users to create an account.
