    hi,

we’re using Download monitor. Direct download works. But when using force download, we get the following browser error:

    Couldn’t download *****.pdf.part
Couldn’t save *****.pdf.part because the source file can’t be read.

    Any suggestions?

    We’re running WP on NGINX

problem solved. our server manager switched on FastCGI (instead of PHPCGI?), now it works.

    strange anyway.

    Hey,

Could have been a permission issue, glad to hear it’s fixed now!

    Kind Regards,
