Force language in custom links problem

Hello.

We have some image banners on our main page, each image banner has a url that redirects the user to other parts of our site.

We have checked the Force language in custom links in your plug-in settings but when a user switch language and clicks the banner that has the url:

https://www.domain.com/category/post

instead of going on this url

https://www.domain.com/en/category/post

it goes to the default url

https://www.domain.com/category/post

although he have changed the language in the previous step.

We tried it both yes / no in Force language in custom links options but nothing works
