Force Last Question When Randomized

  • Is there a way to ask if the quiz taker would be willing to provide demographic information when the survey is complete then if yes use the logic add-in to show the demographics questions? I have a 40 question quiz that is randomized but would like the demographic questions excluded and added at the end. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  • Enable which demographic questions you want to ask in the options tab (user name, email, phone, business) and then select above that “Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?” select end. Or were you asking about different demographic information?

    I want to be able to ask if the participant is willing to provide demographics information then if yes show 4 additional questions (Gender, Age, Education, Ethnicity).
