• I built my website and posted many posts. But I found that the -scaled.jpg images that are created when an image is above a certain pixel threshold was too small so I increased that threshold.

    New images that I post are scaled to the correct size but how do I rescale previously posted images?

    I’ve tried Regen Thumbnail plugin, and the WP CLI command, unfortunately they only regen the registered thumbnail sizes.

    I suggest to upload those images again or look into this plugin, which changes compression, scale, etc to previously uploaded images:

    Thanks, uploading and manually replacing hundreds of images isn’t how I want to spend my week.

    I already have built-in image resizing and optimization through quic.cloud so adding another recompression in the middle of it all would hurt image quality.
