Force registered users to agree to updated terms & conditiions

I installed and set up the Terms & Conditions Plugin. This works as intended for new users when they fill out the registration form.

But … how to force already registered users to agree to terms an conditions that have been updated?

There’s a function on the UM dashboard where I can reset the agreement and send an agreement notification to already registered users, but I cannot figure out how to make the agreement mandatory for registered users to agree before they can continue accessing user-restricted pages.

Any ideas on how to do this?
