Force sign into paypal?

    If you have recurring subscriptions, users will still need to sign up for a PayPal account (so PP can manage the subscription). One time payments don’t require PP through PP Standard.

    If you have recurring subscriptions, you might as well use PayPal Express which integrates more seamlessly with PMPro.
