Force site to switch my preffered currency?

  • I need to force my site to switch the currency to NOK (second currency) by default. i.e. set my second currency to act as default on users view.

    Is that a settings for to do so?
    I cant find it, is that possible?

    I can probably use the Currency available in …
    And add Euro to other Countrys as the european, and NOK to all ?

    Hello Thomas,

    The default/original currency is set by woocommerce on Woocommerce > Settings > Currency Options. So the standard way is to change the currency there, and then configure the secondary currencies.

    But I think that limiting the original currency by country, and then adding a second currency available to all countries like you said should also work.

    If you are using WCML with WPML, it’s also possible to set a specific currency by language.
