Force strong passwd

Hi,
Enabling “Enforce strong passwords” either for “admins and publishers” or “all members” should prevent users from modifying their passwords to weak ones, like a password with numbers only (123456 for example), or other different criteria as mentioned in the docs, could you please double check that and let me know it goes?
