Force the cookies consent popup to show again for returning visitors

    I just added new cookies to our site and I updated the Cookie Policy, so I want now to renew all existing user consents.
    The feature we need is: next time a returning user visits our website the cookie consent banner will appear again and the user will be asked for a new consent. Is this possible with your plugin?
