Force WooComm user Registration Before Ordering

I am trying to combat against failed orders better. I want users to have to create an account before being able to checkout but also want them to have to pass recaptcha and 2FA too. It shows “Click here to login”. But the login dropdown doesnt show a part where users can register in that box? Is there a way to fix that?

I understand you want to require account creation, reCAPTCHA, and 2FA at checkout to reduce failed orders, but the login dropdown doesn’t show a registration option for users.
Could you share a screenshot of your site’s Account & Privacy settings?
I want to check if these options are selected.
