• I really just wanted a plugin that I could use to install a list of plugins. This made me create a whole account on their website, etc. A rather annoying and roundabout process.

Thats the entire point of the service. You set up collections in a centralized place so you can the install them on multiple sites. Also you don’t have to create an account. You only need to create an account if you want to be able to edit your collections.

How exactly would it work if you didn’t have a place to manage the plugins in each of your collections? Not sure a 2 star review is warranted given the plugin and service do exactly what they are supposed to.

Here is the description from the plugin installation screen:

“WPCore is a tool that allows you to manage collections of WordPress plugins and then quickly install them on any WordPress site. You can generate your collections at https://wpcore.com and then import them to your WordPress site by copying and pasting your unique collection key in WordPress.”

    So to summarize:

    1. You said you need an account though you don’t and that is quite obvious
    2. You have a problem with the way the plugin works despite it working exactly as described
    3. You did not notice that ability to create a guest collection which is exactly what you claim you wanted to do
