Forcing user log out and looping

  • I have 2FA set up on my website but for one user, they are experiencing that detailed below:

    “It sometimes loops when I try and log in. It will log me out for no reason and then ask me to log in ask me for the 2FA code and once I’ve entered it takes me back to log in with my email and password.”

    They also state that when trying to log in previously they were not being sent the verification code even though I have checked the emails are sending properly.

    Could you help with any of this?
