Foreign Transactions Failing

    I was just curious if the plugin works with a non US billing address? I know our Card Connect Hosted Payment Page works with them, but should we disabled CVV or address verification on the plugin for it to work best?

    You may have to disable those, although I haven’t tested it with anything other than US billing addresses.
    I’ll see if I can gather some data regarding international addresses, from CardConnect.

    I disabled AVR on the cardconnect site as well as in the plugin, but not sure if the gateway API honors my “account settings” when it is disabled. Since we have learned the gateway and virtual terminal site are different…..it’s worth looking into.
