I forgot the password that I used with the Hide My Site plugin. Is there a way to work around this? I have ftp access to the WordPress website.

You should be able to access the password via the Hide My Site settings page in your WordPress admin https://www.pepijnkoopman.nl/wordpress/wp-admin
