Forgot Password page

Hi,

When this plugin is installed, it does not show a page called ‘Forgot Password’

On my website, I have installed this plugin.
On the login page, it shows me a ‘Forgot password’ link.

When user clicks this link, he is not taken to Forgot page.
On clicking Forgot pswd, page still asks user to login, then after logging in, user is taken to Forgot password page and is asked to enter Email id that was used to register.

I don’t understand this behaviour.
How is user supposed to login, when user has forgotten their pswd.

Is there a setting I am missing?
