I deleted it on on bluehost server File database.

Well the plugin has not been deleted otherwise you would not be prompted by it.

Is this a multisite installation ?

Yes my main site is imigraz.com
and the sub domain is yaAllahu.net

I am the admin.

Shall I have to delete google authenticator plugin from sub domain yaAllahu.net. I deleted it. But then too I am facing key prompt when I try to login to www.ads-software.com yaAllahu.net admin account.

I don’t know much about WP multisite, but I guess if you uninstall it from the main install/site you’ll be able to get in.

In which folder I will find this google authenticator plugin. As far as I know I have deleted this plugin from everywhere.

case closed, was another google authenticator plugin.
