    Hello

    please guide me how do I closed my account and I don’t want to renew it and want my refund

    I forgot to cancel my account and it renewed today and charged money for the new start up year

    please anyone help me immediately because I don’t want to keep this website and want my money refunded

    www.ads-software.com (where you are now) merely builds and supports the 100% free WordPress software. www.ads-software.com does not sell anything at all, and you were surely not charged by www.ads-software.com.

    The website address you gave leads to a site hosted by WordPress.COM, and that’s where you should go to seek your refund. Here’s their support forum: https://wordpress.com/forums/
