Forgotten email or username

    I am having a critical error on my page and am wanting to restore the updraft backup. But before I proceed further I can’t remember my username.

    I have tried to login and clicked on forgot password but my normal emails/usernames aren’t working.

    Hi,

    On a WordPress website, you can find out what your username might be by using your web hosting control panel, going into the database administration section, and looking at what’s in the “users” table for your database.
