    If the user forgets his/her password and renews the password, he/she cannot renew the password with the link sent to the mail address. Because clicking on the link leads to the login page.

    @webnetyapi the only scenario where we’ve seen this occur is on multisite with the Add New User invite and NOT with the Add Existing User invite. You can get up-to-date details on our triage and resolution on this topic here: https://github.com/10up/restricted-site-access/issues/95. Once we get a resolution there we’ll work to include it in an upcoming plugin release.

    Is there any development related to the subject?

    @webnetyapi no because in our latest testing we’ve not been able to replicate the earlier scenario described. Can you share detailed steps on the issue you’re seeing to help us better triage your issue?

    The problem is;
    If we set the whole site so that only members can see it and when the member forgets their password, there is a problem. The link to the new member password renewal page is not fixed, so the page cannot be displayed. Therefore, there are always problems with forgotten passwords.
    I don’t know if it can be done, but is there a solution like this?
    First of all, after the password renewal connection is made with a fixed page, the authorization of this page can also be given.
    Yours truly.

    @webnetyapi note that we have a fix planned that may resolve this for you: https://github.com/10up/restricted-site-access/pull/116. This is targeted for our next release, 7.3.0, so keep an eye out for that and see if it resolves your issue. Thanks!

    @jeffpaul I’m so glad to hear that. I’m waiting for the next release. Thanks.
