    Hi guys, I had to deactivate my plugin for testing purposes and now when reactivating it I have to reconnect my account. I cannot remember my password and the link on your website isn’t doing anything when entering my email address to get a password reset.

    Maybe you have forget your email address as well…

    The https://admin.trustindex.io/forgot-password URL is working.

    Hi Tom.

    As far as I can see (from previous email trails about my site) I’m using the correct email address. But I’ll contact support if that is the preferred method.
