Foriegn posts added to my Blog

I continually get posts to my blog from various authors. They get access as admin and I end up with several posts daily for “penis Enlargement’ and vitamin /Pharma SEO links.

Can someone identify the plug in that allows this or tell me where to look for the source and a cure?
