Form access packages, etc

1. The user selects a paid package. Makes payment. He immediately goes to a page (or personal account – it doesn’t matter) where he can fill out a form and (if desired) send an attachment.
Optional: packages are valid for life, 12 and 18 months.

2. The user, for payment, gets access to a chat page or form (tickets, etc. – it doesn’t matter) for consultation.

The reply to question 1 above should also help here.

3. Payment must be accepted in most third countries: Indian region (India, Nepal, Bhutan, etc.) and Asia CIS (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, etc.). Desirable: Mongolia, Vietnam, Philippines, African countries, etc.
