Form and calendar size

Hello
1. my calendar is just too big. i can′t find the way to make it smaller, like in “settings” for example, or half page maybe. Also, days are in 2 lines and last hour in timetable is grayed?

2. how to remove Extras, Discount, Coupons, Taxes & fees from confirmation email?
everything is “disabled” in settings but i still getting that.
