    Hi there

I have created a Subscriber pop-up form and contact for from Mailchimp Dash/site but aren’t appearing on site.
Also i am able to create a additional form? Or i am only allowed to create just one form?

Also, why i am not able to get the short code from what i’ve created and add those forms manually?

    Thanks

If you are using our free plugin you can create 1 form and add that via a shortcode.
You will create that form from within our plugins settings in your WordPress admin, so not directly on the Mailchimp .com site.

If you want a popup you may want to look at https://kb.mc4wp.com/pop-up-integration/

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi there

I guess i have noticed why the popup form does not appear. I have an amp site and all pages are amp supported.
Are your form supported by amp?

    Thanks

Can you share a link to where you use this form / popup so I can confirm you are actually using our plugin(s)?

I have disabled your plugin as i’d like to test the original mailchimp version (FOR NOW).

Do you still need the link?

If you don’t need help with our plugin there is no need to share the link. ??

Never said i don’t need help. I said that i am testing the mailchimp original forms since i am trying to find a way to use the forms for amp use. If you can help me use the forms for amp pages than i will reactivate the plugin.

If i don’t get to use the forms (either yours or mailchimp’s) for amp than there is no need to use the plugin since all my site is based on amp pages.

    I hope you understand me.

Our plugin should work with AMP.
If you have some issue with our plugin I would like to be able to see the issue on your site for myself.
Also please tell me if you are using the official amp plugin or an alternate plugin and to what mode it’s set (Standard, Reader or Transitional).

    Hi again

I have activated plugin and added short code on page widget.

From the test the results are that don’t see the subscription form on amp pages but it is available on non-amp pages.

Also I noticed that you put some code from Mailchimp generated forms in our form. It’s best to build the whole form with the buttons above the form editor in our plugin instead of copying code from somewhere else.

And finally I notice the form is inside a popup called “gl-popup”.

As a test can you please put our form/shortcode directly in a post or page and send me a link to that page to test? Thanks!

    Hi there

I am using the official AMP and it is on Reader mode.

I added the mailchimp code because the the previous form wasn’t collecting data from select from list option. I will try it once more and see if it will work.

What do you mean with – And finally I notice the form is inside a popup called “gl-popup”.

This is the link – https://www.zodiacenthusiasts.com/free-gift/

    Thanks

    Hi,

What i meant is that the popup itself is not part of our plugin, our plugin only just provides the form.

Can you test the form on it’s own (outside of the popup) in AMP, it seems to work there! Soit seems to me the form actually works fine in AMP, but the popup you are using isn’t.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

    Hi there

I tested the page (the same page i gave in the link) https://www.zodiacenthusiasts.com/free-gift/amp/ and it isn’t working.

I am not saying that you are wrong but could you provide me with some samples?

    Thanks

I like to stress again that the popup does NOT work for me on AMP, but the form itself directly added to the page (outside of the popup) does work.

    I’m testing here: https://www-zodiacenthusiasts-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.zodiacenthusiasts.com/free-gift/?amp

    Hi

So to conclude…the form (popup) does not work on amp, right? Basically I can’t serve the popup subscription form on amp pages?
