    Hello there!

I have recently created my first web form and I have had many issues with the custom appearance. Actually, I have issues with updating the visual and reflecting the same on the live website.

For some reason, even if I clear cache, cookies and even tried disabling the dynamic CSS of my website. It doesn’t seem to work…

The first time it worked when I turned off the dynamic CSS. Now, it doesn’t matter… Nothing works in order to update the current visual.

    Could you help please?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi @gmongrut

    I hope you’re well today!

I visited the page in question and I’d still say it is cache related. I don’t see any JS/CSS related errors there but I did notice that:

    – you have a page cache (via our Hummingbird plugin) active on site
    – and you also have Asset Optimization enabled in Hummingbird

but then the site is powered by LiteSpeed webserver and that usually means that there is some additional server-level caching enabled.

I’m not sure where are you hosting your site but I would recommend starting with this: reach out to your host tech support and ask them if there is any kind of server-side cache active (including performance optimization options in LiteSpeed webserver) and if there is a way for you to control/purge that at least from some server hosting panel but, better yet, to integrate with site.

I understand that you have already tried clearing cache but I suppose you mean Hummingbird and browser cache by that – here it seems that there is yet another lavel/layer of cache that is causing those changes to be “stuck”.

You also may need depending on the site’s configuration – to manually clear Asset Optimization cache in Hummingbird to make it re-build CSS after it’s changed.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
