form appears without select conditional field

    I’ve made a form.
    Two groups.
    I called them “primoQuestionario” and “CheckRinnovo”

    in Conditional fields I have

    show [primoquestionario] if [selezionaQuestionario] equals "Primo questionario"
show [CheckRinnovo] if [selezionaQuestionario] equals "Check Rinnovo"

    but I want, if unselect any option, that form doesn’t appear.

    may I?
