Form bug that adds a random box

    Hi,

    we have a bug in our form at https://3dfolkes.co.uk/contact/ that adds a random box above the submit button. Sometimes it says, “comment” “name” or “message”.

    I’ve tried updating wp, everest form and the database as well as creating a new form and reinstalling the plugin. Any help would be really appreciated.

    We have checked your site URL but we couldn’t find any issue that you have mentioned above. Are you still having this issue with Everest Forms? If so, then can you please elaborate more on this issue? (Screenshots of the bug if possible)
