Form bugs with Password Protected Page

Good morning,
I need a form inside a password protected page, to some of my client’s employees send information to an email account.
But I noticed that PASSWORD PROTECTED PAGES dont allow the email to be sent. When I changed the page status to Public, the email was sent.
Anybody can help?
