Form Builder Checkbox Choices Text and Value

    Hello,
    I am building a form that will redirect to Paypal for membership dues. In the form, I enter the Checkbox options:
    “$50 if you paid dues for 2020 or 2021 (includes 11/2/21 Golf Barnes event)
    and use 50.00 as the value

    However, when I test the form, it redirects to Paypal with $71 (instead of $50). I have unchecked the box “Automatically identify prices on dropdown and checkboxes?” and also cleared any cache. I have also upgraded to the most recent version of the plugin after contacting their support website and have the most recent WP update. Nothing is working.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
