Form builder empty

    HI,

    Since few days when i save form, the form builder become empty. The fields disapear.
    I try to debug code in chrome, and i have an error :

    I’ve had already contact the assistance of plugin, and i had install the last version of plugin (i use the Profesional version).

    If someone could help me?
