    Experiencing some issues with Royal Addon’s Form Builder.

    We have encountered a scenario where we are submitting a form as a user and we are not getting a success or or fail. Nothing is migrating over to the email server. It is as if the form is not even there or cache is not updated.

    In January we encountered this and have had to clear cache on a daily basis. This seemed to work up until just recently. We are considering moving to a new widget but wanted to reach out to the community and see if there were any thoughts on what could be the cause of this. We did deactivate a few plugins to check for conflicts and no luck.

    FYI:
    WP Mail SMTP – working perfectly. Emails sent from site a few times a week.
    WP Rocket for cache
    Plugins all up to date

    First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    I checked and it works but please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
