Form Builder Stopped Working

  • Hi,
    I installed your plugin a couple of weeks ago and it worked fine. I created three forms, but today the plugin stopped working for some reason. The sticky post I created is now being featured at the bottom of each page where a form once was displayed. My site is:

    Are there any plugins that conflict with yours? I have reinstalled wordpress and deactivating some plugins, but still no forms showing on my three form pages. I’d be grateful if someone could give me any clues to what may be causing the issue? there were a few plugin updates today. Cannot remember what they were. My contact form is still working from contact form 7 plugin.

    The other issue I have is the “Edit” link at the foot of each page. As an administrator I can click on an Edit link which takes me to the admin side to edit the page. When I click the link now it takes me to the sticky post page edit screen? I have tried unsticking the top post and no improvement. Really not sure why it’s occurring but would say the same conflict is causing the problems for forms and edit links.

    I am not that great with php so and would appreciate someone checking to see if they can see what the problem may be. Everything was working fine up to yesterday.

    The conflicting plugin seems to be “Map Categories To Pages” plugin. Don’t suppose there is any other plugin or workaround for this function that I can hard code into my website?
