New to this website builders and forms, and created a form using Forminator. On the desktop, everything works fine to submit a form order. But when viewing on a mobile phone (both Android and iOS), the form at first didn’t appear. I searched the support forums and added a code to the Additional CSS as suggested, and it now show up. But the form doesn’t work the same as on desktop. The date picker doesn’t work, nor does the calculations. Can anyone suggest anything that could help?

Hi @deltafoods ,

I checked the form and I could notice issues both in Desktop and Mobile. On checking further, there are console errors that might point to the issue might be more of a conflict.

Could you please run a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart and then see whether it helps in pinpointing where exactly the issue resides?

Thank you. I will see if there is a conflict and try again.

Could you also advise if I can use a blank theme solely for this page? It is a contact form that doesn’t need to use my main wordpress theme. I am not sure how to go about that….

There is a plugin that could use for this:

Even though you could also create an empty page template based on the same theme, through a child-theme:

Looks like it was an issue with the theme I used. I used the multi theme plug in and set a blank theme for the forms, and the calculations appear to be working now on both desktop and mobile.
