Form can not be viewed

  • Hello everyone!

    At first thanks to the dev for such a wonderful Plugin. I’m able to make forms as I wish and that’s amazing. I however have got struck due to following problems.

    1. My form does not show up when I click on ‘view’ and I get error message saying that no data found. I’m also using WR page builder and when I paste the shortcode of the form into it, it shows up when I view the page and behave exact as intended.

    2. I’ve created a button (Join Now) in my page (using WR page builder of course), and I want this form to open up when user clicks on the button. For that I’ve chosen the action of button to open the form ‘join now’. But when I check this on the website by clicking on the button, I get the same error message as in (1) above.

    Please help me out of this. I’m new to WP and may be I’m missing something very obvious. Thanks in advance!

    1. Yes, this is the small bug when you click on the view button from admin area , however the form is still working well when you use the shortcode. I have reported it to developers and they will fix and release the future version. Please stay tuned and follow our changelog when the next version will be released.

    2. I am sorry for this unconvenience you are right, the form view link you click from the button created by pagebuilder, is the above mentioned bug. To solve this problem temporarily, you can create a page or post and place the shortcode of wr contact form into and use the redirection function from the button setting: https://i.imgur.com/etT7jo1.png

    Thanks for your prompt reply. I’ll eagerly wait for the bug to be fixed. Bugs should be the last thing to come in the way of a newbie though. ??

    hi t2m,

    Thank you very much for the patience. In this version we have fixed some bugs related to emails notification, email configurations and added “about page option”. We will release the new version as soon as possible to handle the problem with the form viewing function. Please stay tuned and i will let you know here.
