form creating unnecessary Paragraph (P) tags in form syntax

I have been using contact form 7 on my multiple client sites, when I inspect and check the code of form created by cf7, it was showing all the labels and form fields inside the <p> paragraph tag, I have attached 3 screenshots from different websites, please at the inspected code, resolve this issue asap.
