Form Data not making it to the email

FAQ > Nothing shows up in the email, even after adding a tag to the form! How can I include a new field’s input in the email?

See, that’s not the problem. What shows up is the tag. It’s not empty, it just won’t place the information in place the of the tag. Instead, we actually SEE the tag in the email.

FAQ > I get emails containing codes such as [foobar]. What’s this? I want to see the user’s input.

Here’s what we got from the form after we put in all the info. In fact, the from show properly, but the Reply-To which has the same code string doesn’t.

I believe that’s due to the plugin using PHP mail. If the mail doesn’t include the email it’s sending from, it will not be delivered. I am looking for an SMTP alternative.

That’s odd. It’s worked before and we didn’t change anything. Why would it just stop?

Copy your form so I can look at it. It’s different than the mail tab.
Do you have [your-email] [your-subject] in your form?
