Form Data submission is not being received through email

When a form is submitted, the data of the form is not being received via email.For example, the message that is received says “The following registration has been sent:” and then it is blank where it should have the form field submissions. In the plugin email settings it says “The following registration has been sent:<%INFO%>” It used to work. If I look in the messages for the plugin, the information is there, it is just not being transmitted when the user clicks submit. Please help. Thank you.
