Form disappears after upgrading to 14.14

Do you see any error in the PHP error log?

I don’t see anything in the PHP error log related to Cforms.

I am also experiencing this problem. Down-graded to 14.13.3 and the form reappears. I am running WP 4.9, PHP v 5.6. Is there a solution?

No, there is no solution, because I cannot verify this issue. I need more data, e.g. what field types are you using in the disappearing form? If you create a new, simple form, will it show on a page if you insert it?

Good Morning, check form expiry date. Been through everything and found form expiry date had changed to date of last form receipt on database. Reset expiry forms re-appear. Miay be coincidence or other gremlin…

I’ve had the same problems, all forms disappeared after updating to 14.14.

I tried creating a simple form (one text field) and installing it on a new page but it did not show. I have reverted to 14.13.3

How do you call the document? Still with the depreciated HTML Note Tag? `<!– cforms name=”form_name” –>’

I had same and changed to the regular WP Shortcode Pattern. [cforms name="form_name"]

@ivobirrer touches a valid point as the form insertion via HTML comments is removed in 14.14. It caused some troubles in the past, therefore the removal.
